Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. Once your order is shipped, it might take up to 15 business days to arrive your destination. The shipping rates are:

  • $119.99 and above: $0.00

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it can’t be modified or cancelled. If you’d wish to return a product, you’ve to start out the returns procedure once you’ve received the item.

Item not received

Although we try our very best, sometimes mistakes happen. Should your package have a delivery issue (such as being lost or missing from delivery), we can lodge an enquiry to follow up on your package and find out what’s happened. If your item has been confirmed as lost or stolen, we will contact you to find a solution to the situation.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 21 business days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by our courier.
